Q. How do I book?
A. All inquiries will be answered within 24 hours, we will double check the calendar of each listing to avoid overbooking and aim to confirm your booking within 48 hours. At this time we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit payment (not refundable). Once the deposit is received your booking is confirmed. You can pay by direct transfer into our Indonesian Bank Account or PayPal. We will not cover transaction fees. All payments are in USD as that is the currency used most often for accommodation here in Bali. The second 50% payment is due on arrival. However we recommend to book via Airbnb. You find the links to each listing on Airbnb below the listing. We've been working with Airbnb since the very beginning and they make not only the whole transaction easier, they also protect both guests and hosts in case of cancellations or other issues. Feel free to contact us for any further questions about the booking process.
Q. Who arranges my transport from the airport?
A. We will arrange for a driver to meet you at the airport and drive you to your accommodation on request. After you have settled in we will then be in contact to see if you have any questions.
